The sub-series is arranged in two blocks of records - one consisting of administrative and legal records, and the other of financial records.

The administration and legal block consists of documents relating to Adrienne Clarkson's company Winding Stair Productions Limited which was incorporated December 15, 1969. The records include legal agreements between Winding Stair Productions Ltd. and Richard C. Bocking Productions Ltd., the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Adrienne Clarkson, the Federal Government, G.M.B. Ltd., the literary executors for the works of Lucy Maud Montgomery and John Glassco, John McGreevy Productions, Laura M. Ferrier and Associates, and the National Film Board of Canada.
