The document has six doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures on page one and another six on page two. There are also six seals covered with paper on each page, and one cracked red wax seal on each page. A map is drawn on page two and is coloured in blue, yellow and brown. Comments are written in pencil to one side, over text regarding description of land.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are small holes through the center due to folding, some worn, torn, and pieces missing from edges. The document is yellowed and dirty through the centre on the reverse side.
