Also included is a highway atlas of British Columbia. Accompanying the series is a geographical survey report on the Mackenzie District in the Northwest Territories.

Material was transferred in November 1982 from the Manuscript Division (MG31-G21). Maps originally received from Mr. Alfred Penhale of North Hatley, Quebec.

Accompanied by report - G.S.C. Memoir 187 "Rae to Great Bear Lake, Mackenzie District, N.W.T." by D.F. Kidd, Department of Mines, Bureau of Economic Geology, Ottawa, 1936 (44 p.). Three maps originally published along with report are lacking.
