The document is a copy of an original. Six doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) and clan signatures were reproduced on page 15, and another 13 doodem and clan signatures were reproduced on page 17. There is a single hole in the top left corner of all 11 sheets, as if to be used for binding the document.

The document is laminated with tissue. Beige paper was used. The sheets are blue lined and have pink border highlights.
