Sub-series consists of 27 copies of photographic reproductions (items 1 to 27) of architectural drawings by E. Beaumont Jarvis, most relating to a residence on Sherbourne Street in Toronto designed for Major Pellatt (later Sir Henry Pellatt). Also included are 2 architectural drawings (items 28 and 29) by Sproatt and Rolph, relating to the University of Ottawa and Burwash Hall Residence at Victoria College, Toronto.

Dates of creation note:

Photographic reproductions of drawings of Pellatt residence created July, 1979. Original dates of drawings is unknown but probably date to around 1890. (Toronto directories indicate that the Pellatts resided on Sherbourne Street commencing about 1890).

Drawing of Burwash Hall is undated but construction was 1911-1913. Plan is probably dated 1910; similar drawings included in accession 756-9970 are dated 1910.

Drawing of screen for University of Ottawa building undated but falls within date range of accession.
