The top edge of sheet one has a scalloped edge. Page one has fancy "1" at bottom centre in the same ink as text. The document also has 12 seals. Two are red wax seals while 10 other seals are covered by paper. There are also 20 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures. A piece of green ribbon was used to bind document, situated opposite a wax seal.

The document is laminated with tissue. The file folder previously contained three related documents which have been separated. Page numbering on top right corner was possibly done after lamination. The document's edges are torn, and many pieces are missing through central area of sheets. Two small red wax seals are on small square of paper, loose in the folder.
