The document is on parchment. The top edge of the leaf is scalloped while the bottom edge is turned up and held by a parchment ribbon on each side. Three doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures are on page one and three doodem signatures are on page three. Three wax seals are on a pink ribbon. The doodem signatures with seals are spaced across the bottom hem.

The document is laminated with tissue. There are small holes throughout the document and evidence of tears. Ink smears are present near the doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures. There is also some discolouration, possibly from conservation techniques.
