This series contains photographs taken or collected by the Canadian Conference of the Arts from ca. 1945 to 2012. Subjects include: Canadian personalities; CCA national directors and presidents; personalities of the Canada Council; the National Arts Centre; various artists and performers; and photographs taken during events like conferences. A number of photographs are of the 1975 Diplome d'honneur winners. Also a number of photographs of the Direction 74 meeting. It also includes name labels and plates.

It also comprises of digital photographs of conferences, summits, and meetings in Canada and around the world, projects such as ArtsSmarts, CCA national directors, presidents and other personalities, events like the Jubilee medal, and miscellaneous photos. It also includes some digital textual records: Reports meetings, article related to Quebec summit.
