The document is on parchment. The top edge is scalloped. There is red-lined border and underling. The document has five doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures on each side and seven red wax seals covering a light blue ribbon which is woven through the parchment.

The document is brittle and there is some yellowing of the parchment. There is also a stain along the bottom edge.
