The document is on parchment. There are 20 red wax seals on five white ribbons woven through parchment. There is also a map with yellow colouring in the top left corner of the first page.

The parchment is brittle, yellowed and dirty. The ink is faded and the docket title is mostly illegible. There are small holes along fold lines, a rip along bottom edge and the bottom right corner is an irregular shape.
