The document has 20 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and a total of 22 seals. One large red wax seal with a pink ribbon is on page 1. It is probably used for binding the sheets together through double slits on each sheet. Another red was seal is on page seven. The remaining 20 seals are covered.

The document is laminated with tissue. Some sheets have edges worn and holes along fold lines. The six sheets were possibly originally three sheets which were folded in half, but these were eventually divided into six sheets.
