The document is on parchment and the top edges are scalloped. A green ribbon binds the sheets together. The top left corner is folded down and bound. There are 36 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and 16 seals. Thirteen are red wax seals, on top of three pieces of green ribbon woven through the parchment (wax seals are cracked and many pieces missing). The remaining three seals are covered (probably more seals were on document at one time).

The parchment is brittle, yellowed and dirty in spots. The docket title virtually illegible. Ink is faded and there are small ink blots scattered over document.
