The document is on parchment and the top edges are scalloped. A small piece of green ribbon on page four, top left corner, was probably used to bind document together through the appropriate slits. The document has 36 doodem (clan, also known by the anglicized term totem) signatures and 17 wax seals. Thirteen are red wax seals, on top of three pieces of green ribbon woven through the parchment. The remaining four seals are covered (probably more seals were on document at one time).

The parchment is brittle and yellowed. The docket title area is dirty and faded.
