The document has twelve red wax seals. There are two pieces green ribbon woven through the parchment, with six of the above-mentioned seals affixed to each piece of ribbon. Red ink is used for underlining and a multi-lined border.

The document is brittle, dirty and worn along the fold lines where there are several small holes. Ink is faded.
