The document has a single red wax seal and a single piece green yarn, with above seal affixed to it, and is located on the left edge to bind the leaves together. There are four other seals which are covered with dark blue lids and "Chief" or "Chief Warrior" written on the top. The curved edge portion of sheet two partially covers page one.

The document is laminated with tissue. A greenish-blue stain is adjacent to the wax seal and yarn. A piece is also missing below wax seal and yarn.
