The document is laminated with tissue. Its edges are dirty and small pieces are missing. Two holes in the top left corner were probably used to bind the documentation together. The top right corner of page two has a stain and a piece of paper, possibly from original surrender document (stain visible on page one top left corner).

Scale: 1:31 680 (40 chains to the inch).
