The document is on parchment. There are nine red wax seals, and nine pieces of green ribbon underneath the wax seals on page four.

The parchment has yellowed and become brittle. Edges and fold lines are dirty. There is a blue stains on page 3, being the opposite to the ribbons on reverse side.
