The document has one large wax seal located by the signature block.

The document is laminated with tissue. The lamination separated from paper on the second sheet in the upper left corner. Red stains are in the upper left corner adjacent to several holes. The stains are possibly from a wax seal. The document's edges are torn, dirty and small pieces are missing. Numerous brown stains are randomly located.
