The document has one red wax seal. A piece of green ribbon, tied in a bow, is attached to the underside of the wax seal. One piece of diamond-shaped material (possibly canvas), is folded and attached to seal, probably used to bind the sheets. A piece of pink archival ribbon is visible on page two and was probably also used in binding the sheets.

The document is laminated with tissue. A faint red ink stamp, oval-shaped, is on upper right corner of page one. Yellowing along the fold lines and left edge of page one.
