The document includes a coloured map on drafting cloth. One red circular paper seal is on page three. One small orange circular paper seal is on page nine. Red ink is present on the map and docket title. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together with the overlap of the bottom sheet folding over the upper edge of all other sheets.

Pages two to six of the document are laminated with tissue. Odd-shaped black stains are on the lower part of page five. Edges are worn and pieces are missing on pages 11 and 12.
