The document includes a coloured map on drafting cloth. Three small red circular paper seals are on page seven. One large red circular paper seal is on page 11. One pink archival ribbon binds the sheets together in conjunction with the upper edge of the last sheet which folds over all other sheets.

Pages three to fourteen of the document are laminated with tissue. Typescript is absorbed through paper and visible on the underside of the sheet. Edges are torn, worn and dirty. Typescript is also smeared on the docket area.
