The document has a pink multi-lined border and text is underlined with red ink. Two red circular paper seals are present. An embossed stamp is on page six. Pages seven and eight are on blue paper. Also includes a coloured map on drafting cloth.

The document is laminated with tissue. A purple ink stain is on the lower left corner of each leaf. Edges are torn, and small pieces are missing. A small hole is present in the embossed stamp. There is also a hole in the upper left corners of each leaf, possibly for binding the documentation.
