Faded red ink is used for underlining. One pink archival ribbon binds sheets together in conjunction with the upper edge of the bottom sheet which overlaps the upper edges of all other sheets.

The document is laminated with tissue except the map. Three holes are across the upper edge of each sheet and are used to bind the sheets together. Typescript is smeared. Page 14 is dirty. Edges are worn, torn and dirty. Pages 9-10 are irregular in shape (i.e. not cut squarely).
