In the legend the firms owning land are listed. The amount of acres they possess and a colour coding shows the extent of their holdings. A note on the map states that a number of the owners hold more land than shown and there are a great number of owners of woodlands which are not indicated. The other copy is a tracing on linen. The colour coding and some other information varies from the hand coloured blueline print. There is no title, imprint or legend information on the linen tracing. Dates are stamped on both copies. The earliest date stamped is on the linen copy, 1928. The hand coloured blueprint has 1929 stamped on it. 1928 is used as the approximate date for these maps.
