Parcels of land belonging to Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Slater and the heirs of Nicholas Sparks are indicated. Also shown are names streets, "C.C. Railroad", and proposed landing for "St. L. and O. Ry." The above title is writtne on reverse. Another title on a tag attached to the map reads "Plan shewing location of part of the Q., M., O. and O. Railway through North Bayswater, Nepean..." The author's name was also taken from this tag. Two handwritten copies of documents relating to land transfers, dated 1879 and 1883 respectively, accompanying the map. The Canadian Pacific Railway is also mentioned in these transactions.
