A beautiful map of North and South America with many decorative elements including: a cartouche in upper left with a female representation of America, allegorical scenes in the South Pacific Ocean, ships in the Northern Atlantic including a battle, and a dedication in the lower right to Jacob Boreel, mayor of Amsterdam. Map has a large open lake in the Great Lakes region and California is shown as an island.

Dedicated to "Iacobo Boreel" by G. van Keulen.
In the South Pacific are two elaborate allegorical scenes and in the North Atlantic are several sailing ships including a sea battle.
"94" appears in upper right margin.
