General note:

E. Voorhis (Historic Forts and Trading Posts) states that Fort Hope (2) was almost deserted in 1862. According to M. Ormsly, British Columbia, Moody left for England in November 1863 and never returned. This map cannot be earlier than May 1861 and more likely dated from 62 or 63.
