It is a total thematic smorgasbord, clustered together for no discernible reason, save that office managers often need a place to lump together files that don't fit into other neatly-defined control boxes.
The PC leadership issue has some prominence here (12 files on Joe Clark's leadership, and 6 more on PC Party leadership); there are 30 files on Senate bills, five of them on Quebec Secession and the Clarity matter; there are 27 files on fiscal imbalance; there are 19 files on the Somalia Inquiry, matters of specific interest to Mr. Murray; there are 10 files on PC Party politics and elections; there are 12 files on the matter of parole; and there are eight files of correspondence with media.
