This accession contains records maintained on the Canadian Coast Guard, Western Region, Victoria, B.C., central registry. The records in this accession document the establishment and operations of West Coast Lighthouses (1873-1983), the operational activity of CCG. QUADRA, VANCOUVER, NARWHALL, and ESTEVAN (1951-1982), life saving policy and stations (1887-1983), and the Arctic voyages of Coast Guard ships CAMSELL and BERNIER (1961-1976).
