Photos show the Canadian delegation, attending the London Disarmament conference, the Honorable J.L. Ralston, Minister of National Defense, Commodore Walter Hose, R.C.N, and Major H.W. Brown, which was held in London from January 21st 1930 to April 22nd, 1930. The conference resulted in the United Kingdom, France, Italy, the United States, and the Empire of Japan signing the London Naval Treaty, on the 22nd of April, which restricted some elements of naval shipbuilding in the interwar era.
