This sub-series holds the containers for 464 atlases published between 1800 to 1899, divided into two sub-sub-series: 1800 to 1850 and 1851 to 1899. Two (2) of these items are facsimiles that were published in the 1900s.

Four (4) of the atlases in this sub-series have been dismantled for conservation purposes.
