This series contains mainly textual records (with 4 b&w photographs) that consist of collective labour agreements between the Canadian Paperworkers Union (and predecessors) and pulp-and-paper employers. Also included are documents related to these agreements such as correspondence, negotiation reports, memoranda/amendments, resolutions, wage and rate schedules, press releases, summaries and other reports. The agreements and related documents are from 1917 to 1991 (predominantly from 1937-1988).

Arrangement note:

The files are arranged alphabetically by company name and then by local (if/where various locals existed). In cases where a company underwent one or more changes, all files related to the company are grouped together - ie. Documents for Manfor Limited (old name) are filed under Repap Manitoba (new name).
