General note:

This file contains architectural and design drawings of the International Nickel Plaza which was designed and built for Expo 67. This was intended as a temporary Canadian industrial-sponsored pavilion located in Expo Area: Ile Sainte-Hélène. This building featuers an open terraced space with a 48-ton steel sculpture by Alexander Calder. There was also a V.I.P. lounge for members and guests of International Nickel. This building was sponsored by International Nickel Company of Canada Limited, Sudbury, Ontario. The design architects were Project Planning Associates Limited, J. Austen Floyd, and Dunington Grubb & Stenson [sic.], Montreal. Project Type: General Projects - Landscaping = Projets d'ensemble - Paysagisme
