This series consists of minutes, meetings, agendas, correspondence, clippings and other records of societies and organizations that either are members of the U.C.C. or worked with them over the decades. These include members like the World Congress of Free Ukrainians, the Pan-American Ukrainian Conference and the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America.

Started in 1947, the Pan American Ukrainian Conference (PAUC) brought together the United Congress Committee of America, the Ukrainian Canadian Committee, the Ukrainian Central Representation in Argentina and the Society of Friends of Ukrainian Culture in Brazil as well as the Ukrainian communities in Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. This conference morphed into the CKBY or the World Congress of Free Ukrainians.

Other organizations in this series that were in close contact with the U.C.C include the Anglo-Ukrainian Society, Ukrainian National Federation, the Ukrainian Veterinary Medical Association of Canada, the Scottish League for European Freedom, the Ukrainian Sporting Sich Association of Canada Association for the Liberation of Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Modern Language Association.

Some others also include the Shevchenko Scientific Society, the Ukrainian Association of Victims of Russian Communist Terror, Ukrainian Editors of Magazines and Journals, Ukrainian Self-Reliance League of Canada, Ukrainian Canadian Social Services. There are many more in the series that either worked with or had contact with the U.C.C. These organizations maintained their own mandates and emphases such as academic, professional, political, educational or even social.

This series is an excellent source of information on how Ukrainian organizations as well as multicultural organizations worked together to complete tasks or projects in the communities.
