This sub-sub-series consists of a selection of photographs chosen by the official photographers that relate to activities or events attended by Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada for the month of September 2008.

It includes photographs of Mr. Harper during the 2008 federal election campaign. It documents the dissolution of Parliament by Governor General Michaëlle Jean (September 7).

It shows Stephen Harper's daily travels (occasionally accompanied by his wife Laureen Harper) to various Canadian cities. He participates in partisan rallies, gives press briefings and makes announcements to convince Canadians to return his party to power.

The announcements included crime fighting, a ban on marketing tobacco products to minors and consumer protection plans.
