This sub-sub-series consists of a selection of photographs chosen by the official photographers that relate to activities or events attended by Stephen Harper as Prime Minister of Canada for the month of February 2013.

It includes photographs of Stephen Harper introducing the Not Criminally Responsible Reform Act in Vancouver (February 8) and announcing the establishment of the Office of Religious Freedom in Vaughan, Ontario (February 19). It also shows Stephen Harper meeting with Yukon Premier Darrell Pasloski (February 11), Nunavut Premier Eva Aariak (February 14), New Brunswick Premier David Alward and Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne (February 22) in Ottawa.

The sub-sub-series also shows Stephen Harper attending the swearing-in ceremony of several new ministers, including Bernard Valcourt, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development, Gail Shea, Minister of National Revenue and Minister for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister for La Francophonie, and Kerry-Lynne Findlay, Associate Minister of National Defence (February 22). It also shows Stephen Harper celebrating the Chinese New Year in Burnaby, British Columbia (February 8).
