If the correspondence was prepared by the DCOS unit, the record is filed under the name of the responsible DCOS staff person.Additional information:Physical description note:Digital records received in the following file format(s): PDF, TIF, DOC, MSG, and DOCX (1.06 GB).Arrangement note:The digital records in this sub-series were originally contained within several high-level folders hosted on PMO shared computer network drives. Arrangement was by subject (e.g., "mandate letters", "letters from Clerk meetings") or, more commonly, by interim folder then subject (e.g., "Other/Office of the Ethics Commissioner" or "interns/letters").
