This sub-series (formerly sub-series E XVI) contains prints of largely unidentified people and landscapes with the following exceptions; one marked "Robert Merrilees"; some identifiable as Andrew Merrilees and his family; some postcards, addressed to members of Merrilees family and others; a group of ca. 20 professional portraits of members of Merrilees family; one marked "Mr. & Mrs. Russell Leitch (?) Hamilton"; view of Robinson & Sons Ice Cream Cone Factory; steam Yacht Ruth, 1880's, by B.S. Alford, Oswego, New York; several views in streets of New York city; and a print of an electric streetcar of Huntington Electric Light & Street Railway Company, West Virginia, USA, 1889.

Additionally, there are many marine and rail-related views of ships, steamers, locomotives, stations, a shipwreck and a train wreck, train cars (steam and electric) and car parts, and heavy equipment of various Canadian and American railways, sometimes with names of builders included on prints.
