Canada. Advisory Commission on Indian and Inuit Health Consultation : Established in December under Section 37 of the Judges Act by P.C. 1979-3407, the Commission was chaired by Mr. Justice T.R. Berger. At this time, it is unclear exactly how much autonomy this Commission had; oblique references to its work do appear to be noted within the annual reports for Health and Welfare, but they are not clear and will require further investigation. See RG 29, vol 2049
