Correspondence and documents relating to his son D. Forbes Angus. The extensive correspondence and writings of Forbes' wife Mary E. (Henshaw) Angus including her presidency of the Montreal branch of the Queen Mary's Needlework Guild which published the "Soldier's Gazette" for Canadian troops in France 1915-1917. Correspondence and documents for Forbes' sons Donald F. Angus and Alexander D. Angus including his satirical publications.
Documents relating to the Henshaw family of Montreal, Campbell family of Quebec, Cantlie family of Montreal, Evans family of Kingsey QC and Montreal and others. Some material on the Lord Mount Stephen Annuity Trust. A collection of nineteenth century documents relating to Montreal's history and commerce.

Angus letterbooks were microfilmed in 1958-59. Additional material, including some photocopies of the letterbooks were received from members of the Angus family in 1979. Material was received from the Estate of Fred Angus in 2008. Additional material was received in 2009 from Elspeth Angus of Montreal.Associated material note:LAC has the fonds of many of R.B. Angus' CPR contemporaries such as Sir William Van Horne (MG29-A60), Lord Strathconna (MG29-A5) and Lord Mount Stephen (MG29-A30). There are also the papers of General E.L.M.
