Irwin, the Secretary, 1900-1912, vol. 2, 15 pages; printed reports of The Royal Patriotic Fund Corporation, 1908, 1911, the Canadian Patriotic Fund Corporation, 1910-1912, 163 pages; lists of officers and men who served with the Canadian forces in the South African War, 1900-1912, vol. 2, 90 pages, and reports of the Canadian Patriotic Fund Association, 1900-1904, vol. 2.

Canadian Patriotic Fund Association : The Canadian Patriotic Fund Association was organized in January 1900 and incorporated in 1901 (1 Edw. VII, Cap. 92). Its object was to provide relief funds for Canadians wounded or disabled in the South African War and for widows, and other dependents, of those killed. In August, 1914, it was dissolved and a new body known as the Canadian Patriotic Fund was incorporated (5 Geo. V, Cap. 8). The object of the new body was to provide assistance for wives and other dependents of Canadians on active service in the Great War with the forces of the British Empire or Great Britain's allies.
