Canadian Youth Commission : The Canadian Youth Commission was organized in 1943, to study the needs of young Canadians of the 15 to 24 age group in the post-war world. The Executive Director was Dr. R.E.G. Davis, head of the Department of Personnel of the Y.M.C.A. Though established and in large part financed by the Y.M.C.A., the Commission operated as an autonomous and independent body.
